Not so long ago I was sent some Quickasteam cooking bags for review. Here is my experience, based on using them over a few days. The sample I was sent contained 25 standard bags. On the packaging, it says retains flavour and goodness better and quicker than any other cooking method.
I would have to say that after using them that does resonate with my experience, totally.

Black Friday is one week away, and usually about now Im pouring over sales fliers and building a strategy to catch the best deals at a variety of stores. For some, the congested traffic, bloodthirsty shoppers and ridiculously long lines to get into stores and checkout lanes sounds like a nightmare, but to me, its a thrill. The energy and experience of Black Friday shopping is unique and I enjoy every last drop of itusually.
This year, however, Im not feeling it. With two out of my three boys in school and the third starting next year, Im growing more and more aware of how precious each day with my family is. One day theyre in preschool, and the next theyre in college.

Scientists have taken major steps forward to curing severe skin blistering diseases like epidermolysis bullosa which ruin thousands of lives in the UK every year.
The team at Newcastle University have been focusing on a form of gene therapy to ‘deactivate’ defective proteins that cause the skin to blister. The team of scientists in the Institute of Cellular Medicine, headed by Dr. Julia Reichelt, have successfully proven that their technique based on zinc-finger nucleases (ZFN), can now be applied to the actual defective blister-causing proteins themselves. Thus far, they have focused their efforts on isolated skin stem cells which have been engineered to be fluorescent green, a more cost effective and quicker way to prove that such a method could work.
